Join us for our livestream, this Sunday, February 7th at 10am. Jesus brings healing. What Jesus can do in one place, he can do everywhere so he gets on the road. What about your home, your neighbours' home, your community. Can Jesus bring healing? Yes, he can. When powerful loves arrives, anything can happen! He begins by healing Peter's mother-in-law and then, heads out all around Galilee. This is good news that will make you dance. Does your faith bring you such joy that you can't help but dance? I pray it does. Click here and check out this link and Dance with Joy to the Lord

Ash Wednesday Services
Ash Wednesday this year is on February 17th. There will be two services which will be livestreamed from St. Helen's The first will be at 10am with a service of morning prayer. The second will be at 7pm with a service of Evening Prayer. Normally on Ash Wednesday anyone who would like the imposition of ashes would be able to receive them. With the ongoing pandemic, this is not possible. Instead, those who are on the parish list will recieve through the post, a small piece of fabric with the ashes of burned palm crosses embedded in the cloth. We are trying to have distribute one for each person in a household. With the piece of fabric will be a short explanation of what it is for and why you might do with it as a remembrance of the Lenten journey for prayer for reflection, and for action during the season of Lent. If you are not on our parish list but would like to have this piece of fabric, please contact us by email at churchoffice@shawbiz.ca We will post one out to you as our supplies last as soon as we can. These will be mailed out on February 8th so everyone should get one in time for the beginning of Lent.
